When’s the Best Time to Publish Blog Posts? (Infographic)

If you run a blog, you’ve probably wondered like me when is the best time to publish a post. Recently I came across an infographic (see below) created by the team at Kissmetrics which I found very beneficial.

As you’ll notice, the best time to publish a blog post is the morning. I guess I’m on the right track at it’s 7:50 am EST =) right now.
